DESCRIPTION:The Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce & GALLA presents its monthly networking program tailored for attorneys\, judges and legal professionals held on the middle Wednesday of each month.  Guest Speaker: Damian Pardo\, CFP\, CIMA\, CRC (Financial Advisor at The Pardo Group at Morgan Stanley) providing CLE on "Current LGBT Planning Issues".  \n\n\n\nThis course outlines the legal\, ethical\, and financial planning issues currently faced by the LGBT community.  As the LGBT community embraces marriage and other traditional societal structures unavailable to the community in the past\, a variety of legal\, ethical and financial planning issues with immediate importance have surfaced.  Understanding these issues and how to best address the same for LGBT clients is the nuts and bolts of this course..
