Ribeiro -Transfers of individuals on employment-based visas with qualifying same-sex marriages\, since spouses should be able to qualify for derivative status.\n\n\n\nLuis Font - K-1 fiance/fiancee visa process\, IV consular processing and AOS in the United States and provide the estimated time frames for each.\n\n\n\nRobert Kravitz - Overview of Adjustment Interview and what documents are expected\, i.e. financials\, bonafides\n\n\n\nRegistration 11:30am with luncheon/networking from noon to 1:30 pm.
