Published by Kar-Ben Publishing\, an award-winning publisher of Jewish children's books\, the story is the winner of a Keshet writing competition that inspired manuscripts from around the world.  The Purim Superhero is the first ever LGBT-inclusive Jewish children's book in English.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, February 2\, 6-8pm. FREE. Havdallah\, dinner\, book reading\, live music and a mitzvah project of creating Purim gift baskets\, mishloach manot\, for the Kosher Food Bank of Jewish Community Services.
