Position Overview
The Sales Manager will drive two complementary growth priorities: building a U.S. distribution network for Dawa Medical's foreign  manufacturer clients and expanding Dawa's own portfolio of manufacturer clients seeking U.S. market entry. This is a commercially strategic role for someone who understands the medical device sales channel, can open doors with U.S. distributors, dealers, and GPO-aligned reps, and can equally represent Dawa's regulatory and logistics value proposition to international MedTech companies.

Key Responsibilities
Distribution Development (Primary Focus)
• Identify, recruit, and onboard U.S. distributors, sub-dealers, and independent sales reps suited to the product lines of Dawa Medical's foreign manufacturer clients.
• Match manufacturer product categories to appropriate distribution channels (orthopedics, surgical, imaging, neurology, etc.).
• Negotiate and support the execution of distribution and sub-dealer agreements in coordination with Dawa's legal and operations teams.
• Maintain and grow an active network of U.S. distribution partners across regions and specialties.
• Serve as a commercial bridge between foreign manufacturers and their U.S. distribution partners, facilitating product training, pricing guidance, and go-to-market planning.
• Monitor distributor performance and support manufacturers in evaluating and adjusting their U.S. channel strategy.
• Represent manufacturer product lines at relevant trade shows and clinical events (e.g., AAOS, NASS, Medtrade).
Manufacturer Client Acquisition (Secondary Focus)
• Identify and pursue foreign medical device manufacturers seeking U.S. Agent, IOR, and distribution support services.
• Develop sales materials and proposals that clearly articulate Dawa's full-service value proposition.
• Represent Dawa Medical at international MedTech conferences and trade events.
• Support client onboarding in coordination with the regulatory and operations teams.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance using CRM tools.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor U.S. Agent services and emerging MedTech segments.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in any industry.
• Familiarity with U.S. distribution channel structures, GPO/IDN dynamics, and hospital procurement processes.
• Experience working with or selling to international clients or manufacturers is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable operating independently in an entrepreneurial, lean-team environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
